ace71 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and ace71 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace71 website, mobile site, and all services offered thereon, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotions, and customer support. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any feature of the ace71 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

ace71 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. To register and maintain an account at ace71, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of ace71 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You must not access the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ace71 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

ace71 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

ace71 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile financial services. All deposits and withdrawals must be processed through payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payment transactions are not permitted. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.
• Deposits are credited to your ace71 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment service provider. ace71 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ace71 reserves the right to request verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment service provider's schedule and may vary.
• Funds that were deposited as part of a bonus promotion may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds and bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• ace71 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, fees may be applied by your payment service provider. ace71 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

ace71 maintains an anti-money laundering policy. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. Where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, ace71 may freeze account balances, delay withdrawals, and report the activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

All games and betting markets available on the ace71 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules that may be displayed within the game or betting interface:

• All bets and game plays are final once confirmed. ace71 does not accept requests to void or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of verified technical malfunction or clear manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, ace71 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to affected players. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error may be voided and reclaimed.
• Sports betting markets are resolved based on official results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of an abandoned match or event, ace71 will apply the settlement rules applicable to the specific market type.
• ace71 offers RNG (Random Number Generator) certified slot and table games from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, Spribe, and NetEnt, among others. The random number generators used in these games are independently certified for fairness and unpredictability.

ace71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the player's account.
• At the player's own request, including where a player invokes a self-exclusion option under the Responsible Gaming Policy. ace71 will process account closure requests submitted in good faith promptly and will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace71 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

ace71 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace71 reserves the right to suspend the platform temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without incurring liability to players.

ace71 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ace71 will notify registered players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the platform, displaying a notice upon login, or by direct communication to the player's registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ace71 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. ace71 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
